Shipping and Returns

BE ADVISED DUE TO COVID-19 SHIPPING MAY BE DELAYED. We process orders next day! We usual ship within 1 day. Note, we do not have any control over USPS once we have shipped orders.


Our policy lasts 7 days on shipment orders and 3 days on local pick up. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase or 3 days from a local pick up, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange. Note; local pick up times vary. M-F between between 3pm-7pm EST from Dublin, GA or Wrightsville, GA. 

To be eligible for a credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (free of any stains from make up, deodorant, or wear). All Lavish Kloset tags and product tags must be attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. Such as sale or clearance items, swim wear, and under garments. No exceptions!

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us via email at with in 24 hours of receiving your package.

Please note that our items are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee that the item you want will be available at that time. However, simply return your package by following the return procedure and we will issue you a credit once we have received the merchandise and it is in new condition. Then you may use the credit towards the correct item, size, or for another item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Credits/Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will be issued via email.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
